Awaken Worship exists to glorify Jesus, serve the church, and create distraction free worship environments where people can know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference.

What We Expect

Serving on the worship team is ministry. That means we take it seriously, but we also want it to be healthy and life giving.

Spiritual expectations

  • Active involvement in the life of the church

  • Pursuing Jesus outside of Sunday

  • Willingness to be coached and discipled

  • Unity and honor toward leaders and teammates

Team expectations

  • Show up prepared and on time

  • Learn parts before rehearsal

  • Communicate early if conflicts come up

  • Serve where and when needed, not only where or how often you prefer
